Medocta supports individuals, relatives arranging care, professionals and organisations. The recipient, authorised representative and payer can be different people; each has a distinct role.

Review the selected service or plan for any introductory offer. One-off services can be explored without choosing a recurring plan. A free assessment, where offered, has its own availability and terms; it does not guarantee free treatment.

Use Create an account to register with your own email. Follow the verification and sign-in steps shown. Use a separate account for each care recipient unless an authorised representative arrangement has been agreed.

Explore care, complete the information requested for a booking and manage your appointments in your account. Registration itself does not enrol you in a paid plan or guarantee an appointment.
