An experience built around your audience
Start with the care your audience needs. We review what can be configured and what needs additional work, then set out the agreed offer in a proposal.

From first conversation to launch
Confirm the service and operational arrangements before inviting clients. Timelines are agreed around your scope and readiness.
Tell us who you support, where they are, the services you need and the identity you want clients to see.
Review service availability, responsibilities, permissions, costs and any integration work. Confirm the proposal and milestones.
Configure the agreed experience, prepare the team and test booking, payment, support and reporting with a defined pilot group.
Confirm readiness before wider access. Review service use, client feedback and operational issues against the agreed plan.
Trust is part of the experience
Your clients need to know who provides their care, how their information is used and where to get help. Agree these responsibilities alongside the design.
Funding care does not automatically grant access to clinical records. Reporting and permissions should reflect each role and purpose.
Costs & scope
Your audience, service model and implementation needs determine the scope. Request an itemised proposal so you can assess setup, ongoing costs and the responsibilities included.
Custom domains, bespoke integrations and specialist requirements are reviewed individually and included only when agreed.
Before you begin
Have a requirement we haven’t covered? Include it in your brief so the team can review it.
A healthcare experience presented with your organisation’s identity, with an agreed set of Medocta services behind it. The proposal defines the branding, services, clinical providers and support arrangements included. Clients should still be able to identify who provides their care.
Tell us about your clinical team and existing website in your brief. We will review professional onboarding, service approvals and the experience you want to connect. Existing systems, custom domains and integrations need a separate feasibility review and agreed scope.
You can request professional consultations, care programmes and arrangements for funded care. Service availability depends on the country, professional approvals and partner arrangements. We confirm what can be offered to your intended audience before you launch.
Pricing is provided in a proposal after we understand your scope. Ask for setup and ongoing platform costs, clinical service charges, payment and commission arrangements, support, integrations and any third-party costs to be itemised. There is no fixed package price on this page.
Timing depends on branding, service availability, onboarding, integrations and approvals. We agree milestones after reviewing your requirements. A pilot can help test the client journey and operational responsibilities before a wider launch.
Access and reporting must be agreed for each role and purpose. Funding care does not automatically give an employer, sponsor or organisation access to a person’s clinical records. The proposal should define permissions, consent, data responsibilities and the reporting your organisation receives.
Clinical care remains the responsibility of the professionals providing it. Before launch, we agree who handles bookings, account questions, payments, complaints and clinical escalation, alongside support hours and contacts. White-label branding does not itself authorise your organisation to deliver clinical care.
Your brief is sent to the Medocta partnerships team by email. We use the email address you provide to discuss suitability and the next step. Sending an enquiry does not book a demonstration, purchase a licence or create a live branded service.
Let’s shape your project
A short brief is enough to begin. Share your audience, countries and priorities; we’ll discuss what can be delivered and the next step.
