Support that fits your life. Goals that matter to you.
Find professional support for your weight and health, from an individual consultation to structured care. Start with your needs, then agree the right next step.
An introductory conversation helps you explore your options. Programme suitability and treatment decisions require the appropriate professional assessment.
More than a number on the scales
Your wellbeing, everyday habits and personal goals belong in the conversation.
Choose your starting point
Different needs. The right level of support.
These are care routes to explore, rather than a diagnosis or an automatic eligibility result. A professional can help you decide which is appropriate.
01A conversation to start
Individual consultations
Discuss your needs with a professional and agree your next step, whether that is nutrition advice, a review or further assessment.
Choose a professional and an available appointment
Review their profile, country approvals and service details
Book an introductory assessment or choose an appropriate professional. Explain what you want help with and where you will receive care.
2
Review your needs
Discuss your goals, health history, current medicines and what has or has not worked for you. The professional may recommend further checks.
3
Agree your care
Confirm the service, responsible professional, goals, costs and review arrangements before starting. Any required referral or clinical assessment is a separate step.
4
Review and adjust
Use agreed follow-ups to discuss progress, concerns and changes in your circumstances. Plan ongoing support or the next step together.
Choose care for the country where you will receive it. Check the professional’s current approvals, appointment options and service terms before booking.
Built around your everyday life
Support you can discuss with your care team.
The mix of support depends on your assessment and the service you choose. Check each programme’s included services and review arrangements.
Food that fits your life
Discuss practical eating habits, food preferences, culture and budget with an appropriate nutrition professional.
Movement at your pace
Agree activity goals that take account of your health, mobility and daily routine.
Habits and wellbeing
Explore the everyday factors that affect your goals, with further support or referral when needed.
Professional review
Your care professional considers your needs and can advise on appropriate checks or onward care.
Meaningful progress
Review agreed measures such as wellbeing, habits or weight. Health tests are considered when clinically appropriate.
A plan for what comes next
Discuss maintaining changes, further support and what to do if your needs change.
Your progress
Choose what matters. Review what changes.
Agree a starting point and review dates with your professional. Progress may include wellbeing, everyday habits, weight or relevant clinical measures.
Use follow-up conversations to discuss what is helping, what feels difficult and what needs to change.
Goals and outcomes are individual. There is no guaranteed amount of weight change or fixed timescale.
Know who will support you.
Browse professional profiles to review roles, qualifications and current service information. Use the directory to compare current appointment options, fees and visit types.
Prices and payment schedules belong to the selected service or programme. Check them before paying, including what is included and what may cost extra.
An individual appointment
Review the professional’s listed consultation fee, visit type and cancellation terms. Additional appointments are separate unless included.
Start with a conversation about your goals and health history. A professional can advise on appropriate support and any further assessment or referral. A BMI result alone does not determine the care you need or confirm acceptance into a programme.
What is the free introductory assessment?
It is a starting conversation to understand your needs and discuss available next steps. Choose an available time in the assessment booking flow. It does not replace a full clinical assessment, guarantee programme acceptance or include a prescription.
Can I access support in Ghana, the UK or another country?
Select the country where you will receive care when browsing professionals. Check their current country approvals, visit options and service details. Availability and clinical or prescribing requirements depend on the professional, service and location.
Are weight-management medicines included?
Do not assume medicines are included in a consultation or programme price. An authorised prescriber must assess suitability and agree monitoring and review arrangements. Any medicine, dispensing or delivery costs must be confirmed separately unless the selected offering explicitly includes them.
How long will support last, and what results can I expect?
Duration and follow-up frequency depend on the service you choose and your needs. Agree realistic goals with your care professional and review them together. Outcomes vary; no specific amount of weight change or timescale is guaranteed.
Can a relative or sponsor pay for my care?
Ask the team about payment arrangements for the selected service. The person receiving care remains the patient. Payment does not automatically authorise a sponsor to see clinical records or make care decisions; representative access requires the appropriate permission.
What if I am pregnant, under 18 or concerned about eating difficulties?
Speak with an appropriate healthcare professional about suitable support for your circumstances. Adult weight-management programmes and generic online tools may not be appropriate. Your clinician can advise on the right care route rather than assuming eligibility from this page.
What should I confirm before paying?
Check the professional, patient eligibility, included sessions, duration, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Ask whether medicines, tests or other services cost extra, and confirm any insurer, employer or referral funding before booking.

You do not need to choose a programme before asking for help. Explore your options, then make an informed choice with the right professional.
