Medocta for organisations
Give your workforce a clearer way to access care.
Help employees or members find care. Share public options now, or work with Medocta on a funded programme or preferred-rate offer. We will agree eligibility, availability and terms before any organisation offer begins.
Start with three decisions
- 01
Who is eligible?
Employees, members or another defined group.
- 02
What care is in scope?
Consultations, pathways or selected partner services.
- 03
Who pays?
Your organisation, individuals or both.
How it works
A clear route from enquiry to access
Sending a request starts a conversation. People are invited only after you and Medocta agree the programme and its availability.
- 01
Tell us what your people need
Share your locations, the number of people you support and the care you want to offer.
- 02
Agree the care and funding
Review a proposal covering eligible people, services, payment, limits, responsibilities and a realistic start date.
- 03
Invite employees to access care
Once the arrangement is set up, give eligible people the agreed route to find and use care.
Care scope
Choose the care that fits your group
Your proposal will name the services, locations, eligibility rules and any limits. Availability depends on the professionals and partners serving each location.
Consultations
Offer access to the professional roles and visit types your programme covers.
Care pathways
Support defined goals, such as weight management or nutrition, through a structured programme.
Partner services
Discuss lab tests, imaging or pharmacy support where a suitable partner and workflow are available.
Workplace services
Explore on-site screenings, group sessions or a wellbeing event for your location and team size.
For organisations, sponsors and delivery partners
Agree what success means before a programme starts.
For a screening programme, discuss how people will receive support after checks, how progress will be reviewed and what evidence will inform changes or expansion.

- Scale
- Goals and follow-up
- Agree the starting assessment, relevant health and wellbeing measures, review dates and who is responsible for follow-up.
- Access and health outcomes
- Review participation, completed referrals and continued support separately from changes in health or wellbeing.
- Evidence for the next decision
- Use findings, participant feedback and delivery capacity to decide whether to continue, change or expand a programme.
Reporting scope is agreed before launch. Programme reports should use aggregate data that protects identities, state participant numbers and review periods, and explain missing follow-up data. Individual medical records are not programme reports.

Choose who pays for care
Choose how care is paid for. You can share care at listed prices now; funded care and preferred-rate offers begin with a conversation about your group.
Selected approach
Organisation-funded
Set a budget and define which people and services it covers. Medocta will propose the payment schedule and any usage limits for your review.
Illustrative example
A company with 300 employees funds an agreed set of consultations. Eligible staff book within the programme limits, and the company pays under the agreed terms.
- Who pays
- Your organisation
- What is included
- The people, services, locations and limits in your agreed proposal.
- Price and timing
- Confirmed after we review your needs and local service availability.
No payment is taken when you send a request.
For teams of every size
Workplace wellbeing and on-site care.
A large workforce can start with a preferred-rate access offer and add funded care or workplace services where they make sense. We can scope delivery across locations and phases.
Ask about workplace careWhat we can scope with you
Wellbeing days and workshops
Agree topics, format, number of attendees and who delivers each session.
Screening and lab collection
Discuss checks or sample collection at a suitable site with approved local partners.
Multi-location rollout
Plan access and events by location, capacity and the services available there.
Services, dates and prices are confirmed in the proposal after local availability is checked.
Care stays personal
The person receiving care controls their clinical relationship. Your organisation will not receive individual medical records through the programme. We will agree what appropriate programme-level reporting is available before launch.
Know the next step
Tell us about your group in a short form. We will review the locations, care and funding you have in mind, then contact you to discuss a proposal. There is no payment or account setup at this stage.
