Social Media Manager

About the role

Plan and manage Medocta's social channels, combining clear content, thoughtful community management and measurable campaigns. Work with clinical and commercial colleagues to communicate services accurately and protect patient confidentiality.

What you’ll do

• Plan a content calendar and create platform-appropriate copy, graphics and short-form content.
• Manage community responses and escalate service questions or clinical concerns to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate approval of health content with qualified reviewers and obtain consent for any personal stories.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements using audience and engagement data.
• Support launches and partnerships while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing social media channels and producing clear, engaging content.
• A portfolio of relevant work and confidence with publishing and analytics tools.
• Sound judgement about health claims, confidentiality and respectful communication.

Helpful additional experience

• Experience in healthcare, wellbeing or a regulated sector.
• Skills in short-form video, design or paid social campaigns.
