About the role
Support Medocta's team with scheduling, correspondence, record keeping and reliable administrative processes. Help colleagues and service partners work efficiently while handling personal information carefully.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate meetings, schedules and routine team correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and track administrative actions through to completion.
- Support onboarding, document preparation and coordination with service partners.
- Identify process gaps and help improve everyday administrative workflows.
- Handle confidential information securely and escalate questions to the appropriate owner.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant administrative or operations support experience.
- Strong organisation, written communication and attention to detail.
- Confidence using digital calendars, spreadsheets and document tools.
Helpful additional experience
- Experience supporting a healthcare or distributed team.
- Experience maintaining structured records and simple operational reports.
Working arrangements
Medocta is preparing for launch and building its administrative and commercial team. Location, working pattern, engagement type, start date and remuneration will be discussed during recruitment and confirmed before appointment.
