About the role
Provide physiotherapy assessment, rehabilitation planning and follow-up suited to remote delivery where appropriate. Help patients manage musculoskeletal concerns and functional limitations while recognising when hands-on assessment or specialist care is needed.
What you’ll do
- Assess symptoms, function and movement using appropriate remote assessment techniques.
- Identify red flags and arrange escalation or in-person assessment where needed.
- Develop personalised exercise and rehabilitation plans with clear progression guidance.
- Provide education on activity, recovery and self-management within your competence.
- Review outcomes, adjust plans and coordinate with other clinicians.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to accessible rehabilitation resources.
What you’ll bring
- Recognised physiotherapy qualification and current registration or professional authorisation where required.
- Relevant experience in assessment and rehabilitation planning.
- Sound judgement about suitability and limitations of remote physiotherapy.
- Ability to explain exercises and adapt plans to patients’ needs and abilities.
- Strong documentation, confidentiality and multidisciplinary working skills.
Helpful additional experience
- Experience in musculoskeletal, community or long-term condition rehabilitation.
- Experience with remote exercise coaching and outcome monitoring.
Working arrangements
