About the role
Contribute your specific discipline to appropriately coordinated wellbeing support. Work with Medocta's wider team to provide personalised support within your qualifications and authorised scope. Use remote consultations only where appropriate, and coordinate in-person assessment or procedures with suitable local services. Tell us your specialist areas and relevant training when applying.
What you’ll do
- Assess needs and agree individualised plans within your professional competence.
- Explain options, their evidence and limitations, and agree practical goals with patients and carers.
- Recognise urgent or safeguarding concerns and arrange appropriate escalation or referral.
- Coordinate with the wider care team when in-person assessment or specialist services are needed.
- Maintain accurate records, review progress and contribute to quality improvement.
What you’ll bring
- Recognised training, insurance and any required registration for each discipline practised; qualifications in one discipline do not authorise others.
- Relevant experience and demonstrable competence in the specialist areas you offer.
- Clear communication, accurate documentation and commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding.
Helpful additional experience
- Experience with multidisciplinary care, patient education or appropriate remote follow-up.
- Additional training relevant to the agreed role.
Working arrangements
Medocta is preparing for launch and developing its multidisciplinary clinical services. Digital consultations and follow-up are central to our approach. The country of practice, remote or in-person requirements, hours, engagement type, start date and remuneration will be discussed during recruitment and confirmed before appointment.
