How a self-pay care journey connects

  1. Choose your service

You review the provider, service details, location and price.

  2. Arrange and pay

You follow the booking and payment steps for your chosen service.

  3. Receive your care

Before you take the next step.

Can I book care without requesting a demo?
Yes. Browse consultations, explore lab tests or compare care plans. Review the service details, availability and price before booking. If you need help choosing a programme, you can book a free introductory assessment.
Which services can I access where I live?
Availability depends on the provider, location and service. Check the relevant listing or lab catalogue for your country. For employer, insurer or sponsored care, ask your organisation which services your arrangement includes.
What does it cost to join as a professional?
Review the current professional plans and fees and the application process. Joining is subject to onboarding and credential review. Marketplace participation does not guarantee bookings.
Can an organisation arrange or fund care?
Tell us about your population, location and service needs. We will discuss availability, funding, delivery responsibilities, reporting and commercial terms. Employer, insurer and sponsored programmes are scoped to the agreed arrangement.
Does Medocta connect to our existing systems?
Connections vary by system and service. The integrations catalogue distinguishes available and planned connections. Medocta’s own booking and results tools do not mean every external clinical system is connected. Discuss your integration requirements.
Who can see care information?
Access depends on the user’s role and the relevant care or service arrangement. Funding a programme does not by itself describe access to individual clinical records. Discuss reporting and data access during programme setup, and read our privacy policy for how information is handled.
